Nene, an assistant director (AD) working at an adult video production company, has been working there for six months. She has gotten used to it recently, but at first she was quite resistant to the physically demanding job of an AD. It is commonplace for an AD to "give a blowjob to an actor waiting for him to get hard", to "get a horny actor who is overflowing with sexual desire after having sex on set and have sex with him behind the scenes", and to "change into cosplay costumes during rehearsals and make the man squirt".
